In a school sealed with canvas, everyone wears an otter headgear and leads a regular and peaceful life. Otter 427 is in charge of the night patrol. One day, a transfer student without the otter headgear arrives, creating panic among the otters. At night, while Otter 427 is on duty, the transfer student pulls off its headgear. Afterwards, it leads to a series of chaos.
